Temporary Financial Accountant | Salford | £200-230pd (Inside IR35)
This is an immediate start, interim role to assist with increased workload for a multinational business in Salford.
This role will be focused on providing further support an established finance team in order to facilitate exciting growth plans and improve current processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answer queries on financial accounting.
* Complete month end accounts on time.
* Reconcile all accounts timely and accurately
* Provide a clear audit trails
* Support the finance department in meeting the required accounting legislation.
* Answer queries raised by the external auditors.
* Liaise with the contract accountant in technical matters.
* Provide insight and clarity on matters of accounting complexity.
* Account for revenue and deferred revenue.
* Analyse and account for warranty expense
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in drawing up all accounts of the nominal ledger for an entire company.
* Experience in financial accounting and in closing the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of a large multinational
* Experienced in ERP systems
* Expert knowledge of UK and US GAAP.
