As Head of DQA Automation (f/m/d) you are accountable within the organizational unit Design Quality Assurance for ensuring that organization structure and content have been defined and implemented. At Roche Diagnostics Automation Solutions (RDA) you are the link between research and development, project management, production and business. Your role will include providing quality support for development projects and leading your team both technically and disciplinarily. Your team of technical and compliance experts is located at different sites (Germany and Switzerland). You will ensure that internal development processes as well as all regulatory requirements and standards are adhered to and support the development teams in precisely these tasks.

What is there for you to do in detail:
- You will be responsible for ensuring defined processes, workflows and communication channels and continuously enhance those.
- You will be responsible in your area for leading a transformational journey focused on impact and for leading/supporting implementation of tools and practices to make contributions more efficient and effective.
- You will lead initiatives that improve interfaces between quality, regulatory and development.
- You will ensure that personnel planning and qualification are carried out taking into account short-, medium- and long-term objectives.
- You are jointly responsible for the coordination of budget planning within the matrix organization.
- You will ensure that the organizational as well as content-related framework conditions for the organizational unit Design Quality Assurance (DQA) are defined and implemented.
- Through employee development and a management culture of motivation and inspiration, you ensure that a performance-promoting working environment prevails.

What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of medical engineering, science or a comparable qualification
- > 8-10 years of professional experience in medical technology as well as extensive professional experience in quality management, development or a comparable field
- > 5 years of experience in employee management is preferred
- Very good written and spoken German and English (C1 level)
- You are good at assessing priorities and can competently deal with changing priorities.
- The ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a high degree of responsibility and quality awareness round off your profile.
