Our client in the hospitality and catering industry are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.

Description

The key duties of this Assistant Finance Manager will be:

• P&L preparation in line with month end
• Overseeing the monthly payroll, ensuring all inputted data is correct
• Overseeing company transactions
• Supervising two jr members of staff
• Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Checking all journal postings and completing accruals and prepayments
• Completing a detailed variance analysis breakdown against Budget/Forecast

Profile

The Successful candidate will be:

• Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA
• Looking for a career within management
• Experienced dealing with Payroll data
• Comfortable using excel (pivot tables & v look ups)
