You will be working with one of the leading tax teams in the North West and getting involved with a number of varied tax projects.

The business offers a range of services such as accountancy, taxation, corporate finance and advisory services to owner-managed businesses. The taxation team has an exceptional track record of developing and mentoring staff and providing a high degree of responsibility early on

Description

The successful Tax Advisory Senior will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

• All aspects of business owner entrepreneur tax planning including: IHT planning, business acquisitions & disposals
• Mergers + Acquisitions in a stressed and non-stressed environment
• Forensic work
• Due diligence
• Personal corporate structuring (and restructuring)
• Property work
• Wealth extraction
• Recession development
• Tangible Assets
• Complex HMRC Enquiries
• Tax Issues related to Finance
• Expert Witness Work
• Matrimonial Tax Issues
• Developing, training and mentoring team members

Profile

Ideally the successful Tax Advisory Senior will:

• Be partly or fully CTA or ACA qualified
• Have a range of experience to fit the entrepreneurial market
• Be a self-starter with strong initiative
• Have interpersonal skills to take on client-facing responsibilities
• Look to get involved with projects early on
• Have commercial outlook

Job Offer

Package details:

• Market rate salary - circa £25,000 - £45,000
• 25 days' holiday per annum + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown period+ option to buy additional 3 days holiday
• Employer pension contribution of up to 5%
