Core Responsibilities:
Preparation of client ready thematic materials Post Deal Analysis of different types of M&A i.e. Hostile, Going private etc Scan the M&A space for new opportunities Maintain proprietary information on M&A trends in Sector/Region
Key Deliverables / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Prepare M&A information leads for senior management Source M&A information and provide insights on various trends and themes in the market Create and update client ready presentations Analysis of M&A information as a derivative to other M&A related materials
