Job Description

As IT Supply Chain Business Analyst you will:
  • Work with business partners across all business functional areas(primarily Supply Chain Functions) to understand their requirements, develop creative solutions, and lead the development, testing and implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively with both business and IT partners to meet commitments. Work through issues and challenges to complete tasks on time and on budget.
  • Determine the objectives of an assignment, and exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Use your business acumen, technical skills, and knowledge of Oracle applications to estimate effort, engage IT partners, and lead solution delivery.
  • Translate rapidly transforming business needs into functional requirements, including proposing alternative solutions or options for implementation. Work with the various IT development teams or IT external partners to manage software demonstrations and proof of concepts (POC) to aid quick business decision making.
  • Proactively manage conflicting priorities, and drive prioritization discussions using strategic value.
  • Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and identify creative ways to grow our software subscription business

Basic Requirements

Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills
  • Working knowledge of: WedADi and Oracle Workflow & Approvals Mgmt Engine, PL/SQL Programing, Oracle APEX, XML Publisher
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional & geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience with Agile methodology for project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
  • Must be able to manage project task execution independently and get associated team members to deliver their tasks on time, both with and without direct authority
  • Self motivated, ability to work independently, and drive execution independently
  • Very strong team player. Should possess the ability to foster teamwork and a positive working environment for the project team, in light of changes and challenges.
  • Must be well rounded, and have the ability to quickly come up to speed when exposed to multiple business and technical functions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and generate new ideas to improve our business with the latest technology!

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with experience matching two or more of the following:
  • Integrations design and development for Oracle R12 EBS, and other external applications
  • B2B integrations design, preparing mapping specifications, develop solutions with PL/SQL, Java and middleware platforms
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain functions, experiences in SQL Tuning; SQL Developer, or other Oracle database IDE and Oracle Workflow
  • Any experience with the following is a plus:
  • Web Services and REST APIs with specific use in B2B integrations
  • Agile methodology for project delivery
  • Experience of working with B2B partners and preparation of Trading Partner agreements
  • Oracle Cloud applications
