Woolworths IT delivers technology solutions to our organisation by providing the right innovative technology that works. Within Woolworths IT, we currently have programs of work running to implement leading edge solutions to accelerate business growth as well as change the way we work and deliver services to our internal and external customers.

- Performing business and business process analysis and problem solving by writing quality user stories
- Working in a squad on projects or continuous improvement enhancements
- Facilitating outcomes through workshops, discussions and cross team collaboration
- Grooming user stories and work with IT team members to shape and influence system design
- Supporting user acceptance testing and dependant teams such as Quality Assurance to help land the stories in production environment
- Working with different business, IT and SaaS vendor teams to gather requirements
- Documentation of interface and non functional requirements

As our successful candidate you will need to have:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst using agile and waterfall methodologies and tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both the business and technical teams in meeting core objectives
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Exceptional communication skills who is innovative and forward thinking utilising the ability to facilitate decision making through analysis and problem solving
- Exposure to digital or SaaS applications is highly desirable and the retail sector would be regarded
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform will be highly regarded
- Prior development experience in integration is desirable
