Job Description

This role will own delivering the work to ensure our tech debt is minimal and mitigate all risks related to any end of life technology. The role will partner closely with our technology teams, build timelines and approach, while leading with agile principles. The BAs in this space will be a combination of Scrum Masters and Business Analysts led by the person in this role. The work will include middleware, database, server and other virtual and physical infrastructure to be replaced, upgraded, and/or optimized. The ability to build achievable plans, write requirements, facilitate scrum and lead autonomous squads will be required in this role.

  • Build overall strategy and execution plan of our technology portfolio by partnering with our senior technology team to ensure we resolve technical debt and mitigate risks of end of life technology
  • The responsibilities will include being player/coach in this role where the ability to plan and execute will be equally important
  • Stakeholder management ensuring all work is communicated, planned considering all other work across all technology squads, application teams, and technology leadership
  • Writing detailed requirements, gap analysis, test criteria, lead scrums, leverage burn down charts and tracking of progress in an agile operating model
  • Manage small team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters displaying servant leader qualities as help develop talent in the organization
  • Capacity planning, resource management and financial management will be required in this role


  • College degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering
  • Extensive experience leading execution teams to deliver large technology solutions while considering risks, dependencies, and other priorities
  • Significant experience working in an agile environment
  • 7+ years experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Scrum Master while operating in an agile operating model
  • Significant previous experience working in a regulated industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with technology executive teams, technology teams and Operations teams
  • Demonstrated ability to understand cybersecurity frameworks
  • Excellent communication, presentation (verbal and written) and influence skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop durable relationships across all functions within an organization
  • Experience mentoring or developing talent in others
  • Experience in delivering both infrastructure and application solutions
