Interim Management Accountant

A well known and pioneering art museum is looking for a management accountant to join them for a maternity cover. Being part of a prestigious organisation requires someone who has attention to detail and can bring a commercial intuition to the role.

Description

• The maintenance, development and production of management reports and other reporting packages.
• Engage with managers at all levels, working closely with the heads of the audience division.
• Provide financial information to directors, budget holders and project managers
• Produce and send out the weekly attendance report by liaising with estates and the box office.
• Assist with the statistics reporting for DCMS.
• Assist with the management information packs.
• Provide input into planning processes in both a financial and non-financial manner.
• Gather, monitor and report on key performance measures.

Profile

• You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CCAB) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have strong interpersonal skills to work with the wider organisation at all levels.
• Any sector is welcome, those that have not for profit and commercial exposure are desirable.
• You will have finance business partnered in the past.
• You will have a maximum notice period of 3 weeks, those that are immediately available are desirable.

Job Offer

• Fully working from home up until August and flexible working from home beyond August.
• £43,000 per annum with a potential for day rate.
