About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will communicate with clients and Citco worldwide offices regarding payment and banking related matter.
• You will control and manage dedicated client portfolio interest, tax, corporate and property level payments.
• You will review invoices for accounting criterions correctness.
• You will processing payments on various online banking and client platforms.
• You will be acting as a first point of contact for payment and banking related issues and escalations.
• You will continuously review and make recommendations for improvements to the existing payment process and procedures.
• You will participate in calls, new projects and client transfer meetings.

About You:

• You have a University degree or last year student in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• You have accuracy and attention to details.
• You have very good communication skills and ability to multitask.
• If you have, an experience in an international environment would be an advantage.
