Randstad are recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceuticals company for their Corporate & Commercial Systems team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a key expansion projects for the business. ...

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid understanding and proficiency in Salesforce.com concepts including standard object features, console configuration, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Visual Flow, reporting, security settings, role hierarchy, Salesforce Lightning.
  • Significant experience working in a Business Analyst position with Salesforce systems - working on projects related to Commercial/Sales process improvement and/or implementations.
  • A demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire to continue improving their Salesforce and business analysis skills through certifications, Trailhead modules, and/or career advancement.
  • A background in Pharma or any highly regulated sector.
  • Must be Salesforce ADM certified.
