Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking an experienced National Team Assistant to join our successful Asset Services team in Brisbane.
Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Asset Services - Australia, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Asset Services Leadership team and ensuring a collaborative team environment is built and maintained.
This role will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of details and the highest standards. As a key "go-to" person for the team, you will ensure that any issues or requests are resolved effectively and quickly.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Asset Services team, including typing, file management, minutes, coordination of marketing materials, distributing external communications and creation of reports as directed
- Diary management, meeting co-ordination & travel arrangements for Head of Asset Services
- Manage, travel and expense claims for Directors and team via Expense8
- Processing corporate invoices via JD Edwards & Converga
- Assisting the Asset Service Finance Associate Director & Trust Accountant as required
- Provide management support to the leadership initiatives/projects
- DASH administrator - maintaining the user and organisation database through activating new users and de-activating profiles as required.
- Bid coordination, design (InDesign), editing and writing.
- Assist with new business opportunities particularly through the creation of proposals and presentations in collaboration with the APAC and Head of Asset Services Australia and the Bid team.
- Process Workday requests on behalf of APAC and Head of Asset Services Australia, including overseeing changes and updated for the team
About you:
You will be an experienced property professional with a minimum 5 + years in a similar role with excellent communication skills.
You will also have:
- Commercial property industry experience highly regarded
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Indesign desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using MRI, Nexus, My Buildings, Converga, JDEdwards and Expense8 would be an advantage but not essential
- Proactive in improving work efficiency within the team
- Highly organised, flexible and supportive nature
- Professional work ethic and excellent presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with senior members of staff
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information whilst keeping a cool head under pressure
