Finance Manager - HK Listed Company

Our client is a HK listed company with active M&A projects in the recent years. They are now looking for a Finance Manager who is proactive, flexible and independent to take lead for the full cycle business integration project.

Our client is a HK listed company which based in China, providing sports related services to the public. With active M&A activities and fast growing business, they are now seeking for a Finance Manager to be in charge of business migration project of a global consumer product brand.

Description

Reporting to the CFO, you are expected to:

• Be the key advisor for post merger implementation, including but not limit to accounting treatment, system transformation, process improvement, and risk management.
• Integrate and transform the acquired overseas finance team into the company's normal operations, including financial accounting and reporting, internal control, statutory and tax compliance activities.
• Handle and supervise month-end and annual consolidation financial reports as well as management reports at group level.
  
• Travel occasionally (subjective to current situation) to communicate and make alignment with regional offices.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with CPA qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Big 4 and Commerce, with at least 2 years in managerial level.
• Sound experience in handling projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills proven with track record.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
