We are looking for a senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to work on key initiatives across the Rates Technology team globally. The primary focus of the role will be to lead the delivery of key projects that have cross application dependencies within Rates and across the MSS teams that we collaborate with to deliver solutions to the businesses we support.

This is an opportunity to work across multiple systems for Risk, eTrading and Trade capture, spanning products including OTC Interest Rate Derivatives, ETD and Cash. Defining strategic solutions and optimizing solutions in partnership with the Rates business.

  • Work with front office traders, desk heads, business managers, transformation teams, risk and controls, compliance, risk management, product control and other control functions across Rates and Markets to scope, define and articulate deliverables relevant to the Global Rates business and the Global Rates Technology stack,
  • Support execution of key regulatory, compliance and control initiatives and projects
  • Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications to ensure delivery against the overall architecture strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
  • Provide in-depth support with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Serve as advisor across teams, planning and allocating work as necessary

  • Experience in Front Office Risk and Interest Rate Products is essential.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  • Experience using Agile tools for planning and scheduling work.
  • Superb analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of fixed income products such interest rate derivatives and structured products
  • Experience working on trade capture or risk management system preferred
  • Relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
