Description:
The Whole Foods Market on Amazon (WFMOA) team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with excellent statistical and analytical abilities. If you are a self-starter, someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with an uncanny knack and passion for turning qualitative analysis and observations into diagnostics and metrics, then you are the right candidate for our team. In this role, the candidate would work closely with operations, product, and program teams across the F3 (Fresh, Food, Fast) org.
In this position, you will be a key contributor and sparring partner, developing analytics and insights that Catalog and Selection teams of WFMOA will use to define global strategies and deep dive businesses. The position is based in Hyderabad, but will interact with leaders in NA and IN.

Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in financial/business analysis
• Experience with SQL or ETL
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• 1+ years of experience in Business/Customer Analytics
• 1+ years of experience in writing optimized SQL queries with exposure to advanced SQL including common table expressions and window functions
• 1+ years of experience with advanced Excel and VBA
• 1+ years of experience in building dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight
• Ability to work through complex business problems and partner with internal teams with a consultative approach to put data insights into actions
• Ability to work with large segregated data sources, and produce well defined solutions in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure including S3, Redshift, DynamoDB and RDS
• 1+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• 1+ years of experience in building ETL data pipelines
