As the Assistant Accountant you will be working in a small and will work closely with the Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Reconciliations across the balance sheet and general ledger
- Monthly journal preparation, P&L analysis and manage the fixed asset register
- Weekly payroll processing
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in accounting/similar role
- Payroll experience is essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, commerce or related discipline
- Intermediate excel skills
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent organisational and time management skills
This is an immediate start contract role and will give you the chance to work in vibrant team in a hands on environment. Located conveniently in North Sydney close to pubic transport.
