Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • To think strategically in the pursuit of DBS' Business intent, set goals & objectives in line with the Firm
  • Strives for people excellence, future proofing the people and takes ownership of the development of self and others within COO and TMO as a whole
  • To be customer centric building strong relationship with business dependents and business partners, ensure SLA is met or exceed stakeholders' expectations through consistent delivery of COE service standard
  • Takes accountability and demonstrates commitment in issues and problems
  • Lead and Collaborate with LOB to develop KPI score card, Strategy document, and tracking of benefit and Productivity saves
  • Provide Analytic Insights into MTK productivity metrics, Operational MIS dashboard and analysis on resource capacity as well as Analytics insights and identify opportunities for OPPR3.0 Employee Roadmap
  • Partner and Enable Stakeholders to use Report/Dashboard for strategic planning, review on performance metrics, measure, access/identification of risks, opportunities, areas of improvement etc applying data analytics & prioritizing actionable insights
  • Support People Development: Map training and development roadmap for staff and Graduate Associates under TMO. Design program for people development, training and growth (inclusive of Talents)
  • Drive insights when engaging stakeholders on Management Review, Business Forums, COO Engagement
  • Manage Financials, Budget cycle, Future Ready Workforce and Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Drive TMO events, Offsites, Town hall, Roadshow, People Engagement, Management Meeting when required
  • Play key role in people engagement and Learning and development ie. Onboarding Orientation, Dialogue session, set up people KPI etc
  • Embraces PRIDE, communicates and share information with the team, promotes team collegiality

Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant discipline: ie. Business, Economics, Project Management with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a financial institution or in a business planning capacity
  • Strong planning and organizational ability with excellent analytics, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Able to construct clear project propositions and business frameworks and drive alignment with the ability to take ideas from conception to fruition
  • Detail oriented and analytical, able to derive actionable insights from business data
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), with strong relational and interpersonal skills to partner and work with stakeholders across the organization to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to detail, work according to the Agile project management methodology and be able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities
