The Account Receivable Center of Excellence Team is responsible for managing open AR for the company by leading daily operations of the assigned collectors, connecting different departments within and outside the organization and building the most effective strategy to have the best-in-class processes. We work on a global scale, cooperating with teams on (almost) all continents, impacting the entire company’s cash-flow and Past Due results.

Partner with the best

In this role you will be the first point of contact for the outsourced collections teams, as well as the Product Company in the region when they need help / information on collections efforts. You will be responsible for support collections teams with timely escalations (to the customer and to the Product Company too) and channel information between the involved parties

As a Lead Operational Controllership Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Being responsible for monitoring and controlling daily operations of the assigned outsourced collections team
  • Serving as controllership expert on the systems used in Collections (the collections tool, ERPs, reporting systems)
  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
  • Planning the strategy to design the most effective collections processes to ensure Operation Plan targets are reached
  • Reducing Past Dues, Unapplied and Unidentified Cash on assigned portfolio YoY, in line with the targets
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributing to projects as a team member and leads projects to ensure continuous improvement and standardization
  • Working on his / her portfolio independently, deciding on the necessary actions to be performed and involve leadership when necessary
Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with several years of experience in Finance)
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
  • Have several years of experience in Operational Controllership function
  • Have full professional proficiency in English
  • Have several years of experience in Collections (preferably), Cash Applications, Billing or Customer Care
  • Have experience with Excel and an ERP system
