We are a dynamic and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants based in Ilford, Essex, and are looking to fill a newly created position within our busy client services team.
Client Services Manager
Requirements for the role are:
- A university degree and/or ACA/ACCA professional qualification.
- A proven track record in a similar role within a small/medium sized accountancy practice.
- Experience of managing a portfolio of around 300 clients of the firm for services ranging from statutory audits, annual and monthly accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax compliance and ad-hoc consultancy work.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest auditing, accounting standards and practices and statutory disclosure requirements for financial statements.
- Hands-on experience of supervising a team of up to six members, ensuring fulfilment of clients’ requirements in a professional and timely manner.
- Excellent working knowledge of the various accounting and taxation software packages, including Sage, Digita, Xero, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to engage with our clients, team members and also assist the directors in practice development.
A remuneration package of up to £50,000 per annum, with tangible prospects of a directorship within a short time, will be offered to the right candidate.
