Tax Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review all Tax accounts properly in SAP system. All Tax GL accounts must be reconciled for review and approval.
• Ensure proper recording and closing process for Tax functions
• Ensure proper recording and closing process of Tax: fulfill/accurate reconciliation VAT/FCT/DTA
• Meet all reporting timelines of Corporate Tax and local Tax requirements in terms of no tax delay, no penalty, no interest.
• Prepare/Provide data for internal & external audit.
• Prepare all required tax returns on a timely basis with zero error
• Response information requests sent by tax timely
• Deal with tax department on invoice submission on a regular basis
• Strongly support for monthly closing and YE closing

REQUIREMENTS

• Having 03 years experience in Tax field especially in FMCG industry
• Prefer to be graduated from Accounting and Auditing faculty
• Having experience in SAP advantage
• To be strong in working with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Access
