Exciting opportunity for a part-qualified accountant to join a leading housing organisation in Maidenhead.
Your new company
Established over 25 years ago, this organisation is a leading provider of quality, affordable homes across the South East of England. You will be joining the accounting team, taking responsibility for service charges for circa. 2,000 customers.
Your new role
This is an extremely varied role that will incorporate detailed accounting work but also lots of customer interaction. You will lead the service charge setting process annually and also reconcile any over / under recovery of estimated charges. This will involve budgeting for service charge income, ensuring customer receive their statements, resolving queries from customers and providing analysis of any aspects of service charges income and costs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a part-qualified accountant with a knack for handling large datasets from a variety of customers. You will require excellent core accounting knowledge along with a good level of Excel to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and SUMIFs.

Initially this role is being recruited for on a 3-month temporary basis but has the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate. You will be working in a remote capacity to begin with but moving forwards a hybrid working policy will be in place.
