Overview
To assist in the implementation and oversight of processes and procedures to ensure BCMGlobal Mortgage Services meets it's regulatory obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority rules, Anti Money Laundering regulations, Data Protection Act and any other applicable regulations and guidance.

To assist in the implementation and oversight of processes and procedures to ensure BCMGlobal Mortgage Services meets it's regulatory obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority rules, Anti Money Laundering regulations, Data Protection Act and any other applicable regulations and guidance.
Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities
- To carry out administration tasks in relation to the firms obligations under the relevant regulations, legislation and guidance, Group and local policies.
- Assist in the review and resolution of exception reports relating to Anti Money Laundering requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and issue of Data Subject Access Requests.
- Carry out Sanction and PEP checking activities
- Provide support and advice to the operational teams in regard to mortgage regulations
- Assist the compliance manager in carrying out compliance activities and commitments.
- Maintain complete and accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients and Management.
- Assist with projects or other work activities as defined by the Compliance Manager by meeting agreed deadlines and achieving specific objectives.
