Duties and responsibilities:
* Verifying, consolidating and entering transactions across P&L and Balance Sheet
* Preparing, reconciling and recording asset, liability, revenue and expense entries by analysing data from multiple finance systems
* Assisting with the preparation of consolidated group results and statutory financial statements
* Assisting with the coordination of year-end deliverables with external auditors
* month end ownership
* Reconciliations
* supporting finance team with GST, Tax, FBT calculations
* mentoring junior team members
About you:
* You are CA/CPA qualified
* you can work independently to provide accuracy to month end and financial year end accounting practices
* you have the ability to drive improvements in systems, processes and procedures
* Good knowledge of current accounting standards
* you have the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-expanding business
