As Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial support, analysis and reports to key stakeholders across the business. You will play a crucial role in business decisions that will ultimately drive profit and add value to the business.

Description
- Provide detailed financial analysis of variances
- Build key relationships and business partner with the operational/commercial teams across the business to provide financial guidance and support business decisions
- Implement and monitor Key performance indicators
- Produce weekly financial packs and supporting commentary
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Support with ad-hoc projects
- Drive process efficiencies and improvements across the business
Profile
- Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with 2+ years pqe
- Proven track record in a similar, commercially focused role where you are partnering with the wider business
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of all levels, including the ability to influence
- A self-starter with the ability to use your own initiative
- A passion for driving processes and adding value
- Strong analytical mind-set and a good problem solver
- Strong team player
