Group Accountant

Client Details

I am working with a growing professional services business who are looking to recruit a Group Accountant to join the company. The business is PE backed and since 2019 they have acquired 3 businesses with plans to do more. Currently the turnover is projected at £60m for 2021 which will grow over the next couple of years.

Description

This Group Accountant role reports in to Group Financial Controller and will be responsible for the following, producing financial statements, financial reporting, integrating and migrating businesses in to the group, full ownership of the balance sheet and P&L, getting involved with the budgeting process and Liaising senior stakeholders and the SMT.

Profile

You will ideally be ACA qualified with a top 10 accountancy practice and are either looking for your 1st or 2nd move. Experience of working within a professional services business is preferred but not essential. You will need to be technically strong and be a very good communicator both written and verbally.

Job Offer
