We are looking for a Financial Services employee to support our Cash Control & Infrastructure team in Munich.

What you will be responsible for

As Cash Control & Infrastructure Associate you will

  • Maintain expert knowledge of cash and money market/foreign exchange transaction processing and flows
  • Ensure accurate, timely and complete processing of all cash-related instructions on cash operations systems IBS and OBS
  • Contribute in local and global projects to the development, testing and implementation of new clients, new products, services, and system enhancements
  • Ensure that clear guidelines, workflows and procedures are in place for new developments and processes
  • Identify procedural gaps, take appropriate action to improve processes and efficiency and elevate them to the First Line / Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure SOP/SLAs/regulations are adhered to and escalate as needed
  • Adhere to established bank and Cash Control & Oversight procedures in order to minimize risk; identify risk situations and efficiency improvements and elevating them to the managers

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Successfully completed bank apprenticeship and/or completed university degree
  • First working experience within Financial Services, incl. cash processing experience at best
  • Comprehensive knowledge of common investment vehicles and market products
  • In-depth knowledge of SWIFT format requirements beneficial
  • Good understanding of MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English and German
