Treasury & Markets (T&M) provides total solutions to serve DBS clients' hedging and investment needs with a regional emphasis. Responsibilities

• Perform exception checks on trade validation of Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDF) trades against source documents / trade confirmation in Core system
• Perform settlement for above mentioned Treasury products
• Perform NDF Fixing procedures in Core system
• Perform control and completeness checks at specific timings
• Monitor and handle end-to-end Continuous-Linked Settlement (CLS) process, including exception handling of unmatched/alleged trades, control checks and necessary follow ups and escalation
• Ensures all reconciliation breaks or exceptions are investigated and resolved within stipulated turnaround time
• Ensure all inquiries (email or SWIFT) related to pre and post-trade are effectively managed
• Perform monthly brokerage reconciliation and payments.
• Drive & support initiatives and projects as per assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 5 year of banking operation experience, preferably with product knowledge in Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Non-Deliverable Forwards products
• Experience in various operation functions which includes processing, reconciliation, settlements etc
• Experience in process & system design analysis, automation/digitization project, project management.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Data Analytics, Design workflow
• Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools and programming will be an advantage (Example: Tableau, VBA, Python)
• Proficient in future of work knowledges & skills is an advantage.
