MLC Partners and Kings Commercial Services have partnered to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join an ambitious and growing organisation. King's Commercial Services Ltd (KCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and was established in 2007. The commercial arm develops commercial opportunities with local and international clients on behalf of King's College Hospital. All income that is generated is reinvested in the Trust's NHS activity. Their mission is to export the best of King's internationally and to deliver a skilled and committed workforce to drive high-quality sustainable healthcare systems. Kings Commercial has developed an international offering based on healthcare recruitment, clinical set up and governance and education and training.

The post holder will report directly into the Director of Commercial and Contracts and support the Director of Commercial and Contracts Directors of KCS in developing and implementing the strategic direction of the organisation. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance for Kings Commercial Services.

The Head of Finance will work and liaise with budget holders to develop a 5-year strategic plan, demonstrate active leadership skills within the business as well as representing the company when dealing with external auditors and professional advisors.

Key working relationships include Director of Commercial and Contracting of Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Budget Holders. The post holders with co-ordinate and engage with the core finance team at Kings and the budget holders.
