Assistant Manager, Treasury (Corporate Finance)
The Role
This position will be part of a team handling corporate finance work, including tax structuring, financial analysis and raising funds in the equity and debt capital market for a real estate business unit with presence in multiple countries.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform corporate finance work in a real estate business unit with presence in multiple countries.
• Responsible for tax structuring in various countries and financial analysis for potential acquisitions and divestments.
• Execution of fund raising in the equity / debt capital market.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required to.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized University.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experiences in corporate finance/treasury, preferably in the real estate industry with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• You should be well-versed in financial modeling and equity / debt capital markets with basic knowledge of accounting and/or tax treatment.
• Candidates with prior experiences in a REIT environment will have added advantage.
• Other key attributes include meticulous, strong analytical and communication skills, proactive in taking initiatives and a good team player.
