Senior Business Analyst - eCommerce

EPAM Systems E-Commerce Solution Practice (ESP) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our delivery teams who work on "Next in class" E-Commerce Solutions for global retailers. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, bright and hardworking! On this position, you will be working on small (25+ ppl) to medium-sized (100+ ppl) projects in cross-functional & cross-location environments. In addition to the project activity, you will also be responsible for BA Unit department (9 BAs) and play the unit head role.

What You'll Do

• Drive project kick-off in terms of baselining the scope
• Set up Business Analysis process from scratch
• Drive onsite JAD sessions to define functional and non-functional integration requirements
• Be responsible for scope management
• Change management process during solution implementation
• Facilitate obtaining requirements sign-off
• Run show-and-tell sessions to prepare business users for user acceptance testing
• Facilitate UAT process with the Customer and Delivery Team and obtain sign-off for delivered functional scope
• Support complex systems UAT and rollout to production onsite
• Act as a connection point between the Customer and Delivery Team
• Mentor new project members, provide them with professional support
• Participate in Pre-sales and BA interviews per request
• Manage compensation request
• Help subordinates to grow, control and help them to solve the BA issues
• Grow the BA unit, increase seniority level
• Setup the unit goals and control them

What You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Ability to drive requirements gathering process during the project's initiation
• Knowledge of the full project life cycle in an Agile/Scrum environment (at least 1 fully participated and successfully delivered project)
• Expertise in scope and change management
• Excellent presentational skills
• English B2+ (both oral and written language)
• Ability to work under stress, with strict timelines and changing priorities
• Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development
• Time and team management, delegation and control skills
