DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst.

We are looking for Business analyst for new product development project for client in payments domain. Project is conducted in SCRUM methodology. Client is based in UK and EPAM project team is distributed in London and Gdansk locations. We seek candidate who is willing to grow toward Business Analyst working in Agile environment focusing on Payment's domain (ISO 20022). Ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, responsible, and self-manageable person. Candidate must have experience in client facing positions as well as has international environment.
Responsibilities
  • Elicit business and stakeholder requirements through document analysis, workshops and interviews
  • Document gathered requirements as epics and user stories
  • Follow established standards, processes, procedures and instructions
  • Cooperate with development teams and managers
  • Communicate and validate requirements
  • Problem solving
  • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies
Requirements
  • Experience in projects conducted in agile methodology
  • Experience in project for foreign client
  • Ability to conduct duties in international, multicultural environment
  • Ability to deal with though project situations
  • Sense of ownership and responsibility for given area / scope
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
