About The Role
Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 12 - 24 Month Fixed Term
As the Project Manager, you will be supporting the Project Lead and be responsible for enabling delivery:
  • Taking accountability for the coordination of the project's management information including progress against schedules, budget tracking, risk, issue and dependency management and management reporting
  • Developing and implementing project controls to ensure alignment to relevant standards and project compliance requirements
  • Tracking of benefits
  • Working with the Project Lead to establish and run team planning and delivery cadences, rituals and other project management practices
  • Ensure proper project hygiene is followed and work with the Program Manager to ensure all project tracking and reporting is accurate and timely.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Previous project experience (or related business management experience)
  • Preferably from a relevant background to Financial Crime or Risk & Compliance.
  • Comfortable to 'roll up the sleeves' and work hands-on, collaboratively with passion and energy as a key member of a fast-paced agile team
  • Demonstrated ability, commitment and contribution to building and motivating a project team, ability to balance program/project and staff needs
  • Knowledge of PMO management, finance processes, risk and project management standards, particularly PPM or similar systems.
  • Strong verbal, written and numeracy communication skills
