Your new role
Hays Senior Finance have been retained to recruit an ambitious Head of Finance for a collaborative, fast growing SME in Wiltshire. The Head of Finance will have full ownership of the finance function and oversight of various other departments. You'll be responsible for:Delivery of management accounts and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of this role, you'll be a qualified accountant with significant PQE in a broad management position - ideally within an internationally trading SME. You'll have/be:Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

Your new role
Hays Senior Finance have been retained to recruit an ambitious Head of Finance for a collaborative, fast growing SME in Wiltshire. The Head of Finance will have full ownership of the finance function and oversight of various other departments. You'll be responsible for:Delivery of management accounts and reporting
- Delivery of annual accounts and financial statements
- Ownership of budgets, forecasts, and P&L management
- Cash flow, forecasting, FX and treasury management
- Work with the external consultancies
- Develop controls and improve processes
- Business partnering with the executive team
- Develop business strategy
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of this role, you'll be a qualified accountant with significant PQE in a broad management position - ideally within an internationally trading SME. You'll have/be:Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Experience managing both finance and IT functions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- "Roll up your sleeves" attitude with hands-on management style
