You will work closely with a group of creative, diverse and energetic colleagues.

Description

Reporting to Finance manager, you will work within a creative and fun environment. We are looking for a proactive candidate with these strong technical skills to take these responsibilities:

• Employee Expenses Reimbursement: Book entries for employee expenses reimbursement in SAP. Payment run/post in SAP

• Expenses to vendors: Verify and audit the original supporting for expenses payment application to vendors. Book entries for expenses invoice in SAP. Payment run/post in SAP

• Local purchase payment to vendors (with SAP PO for production): Verify and audit original supporting for local purchase (3-way matching - PO, invoice amt & qty, goods receipt note) Book entries for local purchase invoice in SAP.

• Support GL monthly closing: Book entries for fund transfer among banks in SAP; Book entries for bank charges in SAP; Analysis report of sales projects regarding the portion of cost of sales manually input into SAP.

Profile

- A minimum of 1 years AP experiences

- Excellent communication skill to communicate with different stakeholders

- Fluent in English and Chinese.

- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred
