Description

  • To assist in monitoring the receivable portfolio and ensure all repayments from customer are paying in timely manner.
  • To conduct dunning calls to remind customer on repayment for overdue contracts
  • To implement and manage collections and remarketing processes and procedures in accordance with the Company's policy and procedures
  • To monitor closely the performance and activities of debt collection and liaise with repossession agents to ensure proper management of account receivables.
  • To execute litigation proceedings against the hirers and guarantors.
  • To liaise with auction houses and co-ordination on bids from dealers and buyers and preparation of all relevant documents for remarketing processes.
  • To conduct site visit and negotiation on repayment arrangement and loss recovery.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Profile

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Finance.
  • Work experience: 3 years of relevant experience in finance and banking industries in the areas of default handling, remarketing of repossessed /returned vehicles and shortfall management.
  • Sound knowledge of hire purchase terms and processes especially in the collection, legal, remarketing and loss recovery).
  • Possess the values of integrity, passion, respect and discipline.
  • Good negotiation skill with good customer service experiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • An adaptable person with good communication skills in both written and spoken.
  • PC Skills. Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint on advanced level)
