Description

(A) Capital and Funding

• Design, plan and develop an efficient and sound capital structure

• Responsible for mid to long term funding arrangement through capital markets instruments to ensure proper and adequate capital and funding based on company¡¯s funding needs and financial obligations

• Collaborate with Treasury Financing team to identify suitable projects for capital markets financing and develop strategies to optimize borrowing and funding sources and cost

• Analyze capital and liquidity impact resulting from business plans and activities and advise business units on optimal capital and liquidity mix

(B) Financial Markets Risks Management

• Identify and proactively manage financial market risks in the company¡¯s balance sheet.

• Understand the extent to which the balance sheet position impacts on the financial performance of the company in various economic and interest rate scenarios

• Track and monitor regulatory development, identify challenges with regards to liquidity, funding and capital and proposed solutions to respond accordingly

(C) Risks Controls & Operations

• Establish a set of robust procedures for capital markets and funding arrangement, generate reports and analyze related treasury risks

• Analyze current processes to assist in recommending process enhancements to more efficiently meet the needs of the business

• Collaborate and work closely with other stakeholders to streamline operational matters

(D) Others - Strategic, Financial and Operational Planning

• Participate in the development of the company's strategic plans and programs; and assists in the effective implementation of initiatives.

Profile

• Preferably Master¡¯s, or Bachelor¡¯s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/ Management or equivalent from a reputable university

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury, budgeting, business operations, strategic planning, FP&A, financial and/or operations planning.

• Deep understanding of the Chinese financial market (especially capital markets) and knowledge of international financial markets

• Strong management experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, securities, DCM, ECM or related discipline

• Good knowledge of accounting and financial packages software

• Strong strategic thinking combined with an implementation driven mindset.

• Self-driven and performance oriented with excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Strong ability to work in a team environment and have a digital mindset
