MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - RENEWABLE ENERGY - CENTRAL LONDON - 6-8 MONTH CONTRACT
Client Details
Headquartered in Central London, my client are an industry leading renewable energy company with both offices and sites across the globe. Due to a period of increased workload, they are looking to appoint a Management Accountant on an initial 6-8 month contract.
Description
- Preparation of month-end accruals for revenues and and inventory movements
- Preparing the prepayments, fixed asset depreciation and other general ledger journals
- Working closely with the FP&A team on revenue and cost variances against budget & forecasts
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Identifying opportunities and risk for revenue issues
- Contribute to the improvement of processes
- Ad-hoc projects
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas equivalent)
- Previous experience working as a Management accountant
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident user of Excel; and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferable
