DescriptionDevelop, embed and continuously improve risk management controls and frameworks.Partner with risk owners to enhance an effective controls environmentDevelop and embed the use of data as part of risk and compliance processes; reporting on compliance status and progress, via data, metrics and KPIs.Proactively identify controls deficiencies and develop pragmatic solutions.Support the IT team on matters relating to information security & potential future ISO27001 accreditation'sCreate and embed the risk aware cultureWork with the executives and senior leaders to raise the profile of risk and compliance across the business Act as a trusted advisor and DPO for the groupReport into the CFO, as a stand alone role and carve your career pathLead on completing external accreditation's
ProfileRisk Management Professional with understanding of compliance, information security & data privacyWorking knowledge of ISO 27001, controls audits and risk management practice'sPreviously having worked in FinTech/Software/Technology/FS industryEffective organisation and project management skillsAble to assess impact of regulatory requirements on the group's operations Qualified IRM,GARP,Lawyer/ISO certified preferable but not essentialAble to demonstrate pro-activity, collaboration, innovation, quality and passion through worked examplesAble to demonstrate desire to work in a fast paced, high growth businessAble to demonstrate practical ERM working practices as oppose to theoretical idealsIdeally having worked in a Managerial post previously
