I have an urgent temporary need for an experienced Finance Administrator with intermediate to advanced Excel skills to work in a busy Payroll team.

Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Calculating multiple monthly and quarterly bonus and commission schemes across the business using Excel
- Processing head office expenses
- Collecting expense and overtime input from admin teams across the business for inclusion in payroll
- Requesting sources of input/running required reports for scheme calculations
- Monitoring the payroll inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner, redirecting queries where appropriate
- Distributing payroll reports to appropriate managers
- Liaising with managers throughout the business to ensure all variable pay schemes are completed by the deadlines required and pre-payroll reports are reviewed
- Uploading the approved variable pay input to our payroll provider
- Liaising with our payroll provider to ensure all input is uploaded to the payroll system correctly
- Supporting the payroll admin team leader
- Working across 6 separate payrolls (4 different pay dates) per month
- Supporting the HR Reporting and Financial Accounting Manager
Profile
For success in this role you will require the following experience:
- Previous finance and accounting experience
- Good/Advanced excel skills (Pivot table, VLookup and SUMIF)
- Fast learner
- Experience with a fast paced environment preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work from home effectively
