Direct Responsibilities

Transfer Pricing control
* Act as the SPOC of TP control in the Regional Finance to coordinate with local finance, central TP team, Business, APAC management and other APAC Regional finance teams on the TP (Transfer Pricing) control plan
* Organise the quarterly pre/post-closing meetings to discuss/report on the control results with Business and APAC management

Equity Valuation control
* Act as the SPOC of Equity Valuation control in the Regional Finance to coordinate with local/regional finance, Business, Compliance and other APAC Regional Finance teams on the Equity Valuation control plan
* Organise the half-yearly Investment Review Committee review (a) the valuation of all equity investments and (b) all CB&A investments (VIS and FIS) for Business to confirm the holding intent and investment qualification as per the French Banking Law and/or Volcker Regulation


Assist in the accounting and reporting on IFRS 9 topics
* Contribute to the production level and accounting technical controls in Stage 1 and 2 ECL

    • Prepare and validate the accounting data for each quarter for calculating the stage 1 and 2 ECL
    • Review and identify abnormal changes of Rate at Origin (RAO) between quarters and communicate to Risk
    • Work with Performance Management

Assist in the IFRS 16 Lease accounting
* Coordinate with local finance to provide complete lease data feeding to JADE
* Perform production level and accounting technical controls
* Automate the accounting entries loading

Contributing Responsibilities
* Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
* Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
* Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or a related discipline
  • Detail-minded and energetic team player with proactive attitude
  • Self-motivator with a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability and ownership
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Microsoft Office tools including Excel and MS Access, Business Object, SQL, Macro & VBA (an advantage)
