CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (VN)
- Report directly to (Boss): Group CEO
- Interact/Coordinate with (Peer): Heads of global operation including Vancouver, Toronto, Fresno, Vietnam, An Dien, Hong Kong and other future entities.
- Supervisor (whom) subordinates: plant manager, factory manager, HR, production, QC/QA, IT, Procurement, Marketing and Sales and Marketing of three plants in Vietnam

Establish procedures, policies and on the job guidelines that promote company efficiency, culture and vision Set up SMART goals for performance and growth (KPIs, TQM, BSC, …) and cascade these objectives into routine actions and performances Lead team and employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics Train and do career development and career paths for employees in connection with business plan and company objectives Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) Assist CEO in improving employee relationship, provide the best practices in conduction social responsibilities in line with each entity’s culture and practice
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors/government agencies and stakeholders in general Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

- Foods and nut processing experience
- International management level
- Managing group operation, supply chain or Chief Operating Officers at multi-national companies (prefer to famous brand name and experience the same)
- Top tier position in Multi- National Corporations (MNCs) with retirement or a standing member of board of big conglomerate and MNCs
- Ready retirement from MNCs with relevant experiences and eager to transit knowledge and experiences to a growing and expanding to companies
- Packages
- Up to $100,000 per annum for a qualified candidate
- Profit sharing or share ownership for a result orientation and loyalty candidate
