Accounting & Reporting Manager @ European MNC - ML52

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING...

Manage and lead the finance team operation to oversee the whole country finance matters
Manage and lead the finance team that analyse and report financial key indicators that are essential for businesses to make strategic decisions.
Manage the businesses' cash flow to maintain at the healthy liquidity level for business to operate.
Improve and oversee internal control to minimize business risk.
To work as finance business partner to business stakeholder and also top business management.
Dealing with external parties such as bankers, auditors, etc.
Working closely with other departments on payments, sales analysis, projections, and credit controls, costing, CAPEX, and profitability improvements.
Supervision of Finance, Collection, Purchasing and Warehousing Team.
Responsible for IT matters (dealing with reportings and deliverables from appointed IT vendors).

WHAT WILL BE NEEDED...

Degree in Accountancy and / or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or related. MIA members will be top preference.
Experienced in heavy machinery / construction / manufacturing / trading industry, will be an advantage.
Must possess strong leadership experience.
Working experience in Finance Business Partnering
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experienced in Big-4 auditing experience and looking to venture into commercial line is also encouraged to apply.
