Job Description

This position reports to the Office of HR Shared Services and is the process and risk champion for OHR. This role will provide support to evaluate, simplify and continuously improve standards and processes across the HR functions through automation utilising process excellence methodology. The incumbent will collaborate with various OHR sections and function leads to understand business challenges and identify suitable solutions to resolve them.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct data profiling and develop data quality rules to ensure data accuracy of HR records.
- Support the issues management process and root causes analysis that ultimately increase data quality.
- Collaborate closely with team members on ongoing development of best practices surrounding data governance activities and ensuring Data Quality practices are integrated successfully.
- Facilitate the effective deployment of innovation and productivity tools in the context of the systems used in HR.
- Lead opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation.
- Collaborate with IT specialist and HR stakeholders to implement automation solutions to address pain areas.
- Manage and maintain applications and tools to meet business requirements and conduct troubleshooting to resolve solution issues.
- As this role is new and developing, the incumbent is expected to undertake other appropriate duties as required for the effective operation of the team.


- Degree with knowledge of enterprise cloud-based HR solutions and proven track record of successfully delivering automation solutions, streamlined work processes, data analysis and data quality initiatives.
- Candidates who possess a hybrid of business and IT skills and have worked as a BA in a HR department is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Lean 6-Sigma, Design Thinking, Smart Automation (RPA/AI), Business Process Management (BPM) and MS Sharepoint.
- Good understanding of operational processes in the HR functions.
- Must be a self-starter and have hands-on experience in project management tools.
- Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
