Business Analyst, MRM-ALM Infrastructure

Business Analyst (BA) within the Market Risk Infrastructure Team responsible for implementing MRM/ALM projects

Key BA for system related initiatives on various streams of project works, including requirement gathering, leading functional workshops and make proposal on system implementations, review and coordinate functional specs sign-off, review vendor test cases, perform user acceptance testing, and coordinate and support users on project rollout.
The immediate assignment is to work on new ALM system implementation project with the following tasks
- Lead the data mapping, process and batch implementation, and adjustment streams for ALM projects; and work with IT and vendors on the implementation
- Lead data testing for ALM project
- Coordinate with vendors, users and other stakeholders on function testing
- Oversee and provide guidance to BAs of other functional streams and support users on functional testing
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation for projects

Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge in Market Risk or ALM risk management processes - Risk/Regulatory Reporting MCO/LCR/NSFR/IRR or relevant projects
Strong analytical and data mining skills
Knowledge of Murex, RCO, Fermat, QlikView, PL/SQL, VBA would be preferred
Results driven, forward look and able to think outside of the box
Independent, fast learner with good communication skills
