• The hiring team is seeking an intern who is able to commit for a minimum of 3 months from July 2021 . Please indicate your internship availability in your resume.

Project Description:
Standard Products is a team that plays a leading role in the implementation of the Digital Workplace programme for the Public Service (think awesome digital tools that support public officers in getting their job done).
Our daily work involve close collaboration with stakeholders from across Government, understanding pain points and coming up with problem statements and solutions. All this goes towards enabling public officers with the digital means to improve their productivity levels on the corporate, team and personal levels.
We are a bunch of intrapreneurs-at-heart, driven by the desire to deliver great digital experiences for our users through various channels, be it mobile app, web or email. We rely on service journeys to guide our solution design and adopt agile as a preferred implementation methodology for our products.
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset to join us in this journey. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with officers from across government agencies, understand and tackle issues they face head on and develop working solutions that can be deployed for use, sometimes in just a matter of few days.
Some of the work you will be doing:
1. Understand the current pain points and develop a problem statement that will be addressed
2. Map out the current process and work with stakeholders and product manager to re-imagine a better way to achieve the desired outcome
3. Create storyboards, mockups, wireframes or prototypes to communicate solution to stakeholders
4. Perform usability tests where necessary
5. Development, testing and deployment of the solution on our WorkFlow platform
6. Work with stakeholders and product manager on change management
Learning Outcomes:
1. Design and deliver working software applications to delight customers.
2. Gain hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics products
3. Conduct application testing (possible to include usability testing) and apply product conceptualization techniques. Create low and high-fidelity prototypes.
4. Master Agile practices such as daily standup, product spring review and planning

Prerequisites:
'1. Studying Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
2. Passionate for coding and eager to learn.
3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and able to perform configuration and coding.
4. Good presentation and listening skills.
