Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Internal Audit
In this role, you will be reporting to Senior Manager and participate in executing audit programs.
Responsibilities
- Handling and delivering audits per the annual Audit plan
- Working closely and sharing audit outcome with senior management (AVP / VP) and tracking issue remediation for effective closure
- Perform data analysis to provide significant inferences and identify key risk area
- Perform advanced, specialized, and/or managerial auditing work in multiple subject areas, e.g. Financial processes, Operational processes, Compliance functions like Infrastructure /Logistics, Information Technology, Human Resources, etc.
- Certifications related to audits, e.g. SOX Management testing, ICOFR
- Conduct audits as per the International Professional Practices Framework requirement in adherence to IIA standards
- Performing audits would entail:
- Planning: Audit program, project tollgates, resourcing, partner support
- Execution: Develop Risk Control Matrix, drive project plan, test controls, identify gaps
- Remediate: Work with partners in developing an action plan, and follow-up to closure

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Self- motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to effectively run multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and focused on details
- Logical, operational oriented way of thinking, result-oriented
- Great analytical skills and Proven thoroughness and accuracy
- Looking for methods to improve and promote quality and consistency
- High Ethical standards
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Statistics or Data Science (Open to Non-CAs)
