Business Summary:

The Go-To-Market Operations supports the sales organization through territory alignment, quote creations, deal negations and commission evaluation. Its focus is to support the overall deal cycle and the sales organization by providing advisory services in line with opportunity lifecycle.

Job Role and Responsibilities

In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide consistent, effective and trusted operational support to sales and partner organization. On time delivery of the assigned work regarding enterprise license agreements, customer service and overall stakeholder support. As part of GTM organization, your primary responsibility is to drive faster deal closure by guidance and on time communication. You will gain deep knowledge of VMWare deal strategies, work closely with our stakeholders to address challenges and ensure that business needs are being prioritized and SLAs are met.

You are the perfect candidate for the role if you are:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in any business-oriented field (ongoing or completed within the past 12 months)
  • Highly motivated, innovative and flexible to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious to continuously gain knowledge, improve and drive optimization
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail, ability to research and resolve complex issues
  • A self-starter able to manage multiple tasks at once and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Great at communicating at all levels, keen to apply stakeholder management skills to maximize satisfaction
  • Interested in the software industry, SaaS & Perpetual busines models
  • Open to address and share concerns with peers and management
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
