Global Finance Services is the fastest growing area of the Experian finance team with c 50% of the Experian Finance roles within this organisation. Global Finance Services is based in 4 main locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Sofia, Bulgaria; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Santiago, Chile with satellite offices in Nottingham, UK and Costa Mesa, US.

The primary objective of the Senior Financial Analyst role is to provide support for the dedicated business area across financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information of the dedicated business areas.

Acting as a Senior Financial Analyst for Analytics Centre of Excellence, you will have diverse responsibility across:

• Provide reliable partnership and governance to functional operations in line with their target operating model;

• Drive value add delivery to internal and external stakeholders;

• Support continuity and sustainability through financial solutions;

• Ensure transparency to internal and external stakeholders and report on key KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of Budget /MMC vs. actual

• Load MMC and complete month end activities

• Create and monitor financial KPI's & MI

• Support in setting recharge man day rates to cover costs and innovation/investment needs

• Consultancy on recharge adequacy vs. TOM and engagement model to tackle internal clients' expectation for usually flat teams with no support/management

• Communication on any changes, Q&A sessions with Financial managers of the VMs on invoices, recharges, cost budgets etc.

• Headcount monitoring vs. budget

• SRF approvals vs. budget status

• Support on specific cases of onboarding new verticals, offshoring new roles and ad-hoc request when business is divested.

• Financial planning of transitional level agreements to the Vertical Markets.

• Close analysis of the recharge cost of the Sofia team compared to onshore cost such as UK and EMEA.

Requirements:
• At least 5 year of experience of planning, analysis and reporting experience in a multinational business environment in accordance with IFRS;
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant numerate science;
• ACCA/CIMA qualification will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to present ideas and opinions with enthusiasm and credibility;
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills;
• Highly logical, numerate with an unfaltering attention to detail
• Logical thinker with the ability to turn complex inputs into simplified outputs
• Flexible and amenable mind-set, comfortable with ambiguity
• Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team
• Good understanding of financial management information principles and terminology
• Good communication skills in English
