Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workday Project, Change Management, the Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the rollout of the integration of 500 franchise locations' legacy payroll systems into Workday Payroll system. You will be responsible for providing insights through the analysis and summary of data throughout different stages of the project. You will be responsible for preparing change documents to get the franchise population ready for the integration. This role is critical in pulling information quickly after the change has been implemented, to identify issues and help with quick resolution to these. You will be collaborating with other business partners throughout every stage.

Please note: this is a Summerpaid Internship Until the end of August, 2021

What you'll do:

Transform data into information and insight, to make recommendations to support and drive the success of the project
Analyze, summarize and the present data in approachable ways
Identify and assist with the communication around the upcoming changes
Provide insights after implementation to assist with the transitions and quick problem solving of identified issues.
Play a key role in the communication with internal and external business partners.
Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

Proficiency working in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc)
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently or part of a team
Ability to prioritize duties in a fast paced environment
Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset
