Our client, a well respected large and growing organization in Winnipeg, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team for an immediate opportunity. This is an ideal opportunity for a designated Senior Accountant to join a company that is established yet growing.
The Role:
- Full cycle accounting including processing payroll
- Supporting the accounting team with all accounts payable and receivable functions as required
- Month end, bank reconciliation, tax remittances
- Other Ad hoc duties/projects as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 plus years of experience as an Accountant / Senior Accountant
- Is a designated Accountant, pursuing CPA designation or Bachelor of Commerce with Accounting Major
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with acquisitions and job costing is an asset
